This company has a great sausage seasoning that you have to try! Such friendly and fair people! This is obviously really great place to take deer, cows, and pigs in need of processing. You can fill up your freezer without the hassle of preparing the meats yourself. Highly recommend using this company.

We started going to Deer Trax after another local processor seemed to be doing a poor job.

The folks at Deer Trax were quite friendly and helpful. The facility looked clean and didn't smell of rot, like another large processor in Sylvania.

I would recommend these guys to anyone looking for a processor.
