I took a total of three deer to this business during the 2024 deer season. I skin my own deer and place in a cooler to bleed out. I usually drain my own blood off but once I immediately placed the deer meat in the cooler I took them up to the processor which is this business, and they became in charge of bleeding the meat out and processing my order.

Customer service was OK, not the worst, but the quality of the meat should have been a lot better for what I paid. My meat was very, very bloody, and my tenderloin became a toughloin.

I shot a beautiful 10pt on our family farm in November 2022.

It was my 1st visit to South Georgia Processing and Taxidermy. His shop had nice mounts and the girl I talked to was nice. I paid $600 in advance and she said it would be ready in around 10 months.

Now, 18 months later, they still have my deer/rack and the $600 I paid in advance with.

Things have turned bad for me. I have become ill and wasn't able to hunt any in 2023, or Spring 2024. I can't fight with that guy. He can have my deer, and my $600.

We tried, but after numerous calls, I am resolved to let them win.

After 10 yrs of trusting Nathan and his family I can recommend with the upmost confidence. Honest People clean facility, orderly handling of your meat. A beautiful showroom of High-quality taxidermy Nathan has become one of the best in the state if not the country.

Very friendly and know what they are doing. A little pricey but do a good job and deer meat is really well fixed however you like it with.

It took 1.5 years to get my deer mount back and than it wasn’t even my deer. The mount was an old mount of a huge red deer with the horns of my buck crookedly mounted on it. This was my first buck and that place ruined it.

Nathan does a great job processing the venison. You'll love all the different types of sausage he makes. My favorite is the maple. Good people!
