Our only place to buy meat. The most flavorful beef and pork products. Also, chicken. We have other options closer, but choose to drive extra for better quality and service.

Knight's Butchering & Processing has always done an amazing job for us, from times to get there to processing, packaging, and pricing. They have consistently gone above and beyond if you felt like you didn't get what you were owed. Ron took meat out of a stack from his personal deer one year and gave to me because the one i had processed had lost too much of the meat in the processing. They will go above and beyond to make your experience with them make you want to keep coming back.
If you have processed your own deer before, efficiently and cleanly then you know the challenges they face with having several hundred deer come in each weekend, Morning and afternoon, and trying to stay on top of not only processing these deer, but cleaning the areas they work, organizing, grinding and mixing what needs to be plus everything else that goes into the process.
What we tend to forget is that we are all human, and that errors occur all the time everywhere you look, and people are quick to point out the errors, however, how many people point out the fact they process probably several thousand deer every year, and have, minimal at best, a few mistakes. That's better odds than you driving down the road and following all the traffic laws 😛

These guys work 100s of hours every week for us to be able to do what we love and enjoy the fruits of our labors from it, be patient with them as they were with you when you showed up at 8-9 pm with your deer that they took in even though they were already maxing out the cooler spacing.

Thank you again for the many years that Knight's Butchering has done for us all. We will continue to support you as long as you let us.

PS, I felt this review was needed after the few negative reviews i read just by happen stance. Support your local business, and thank them for all they get right, let them know what they may have got wrong, and give them an opportunity to make it right with you, but always be reasonable and remember, what if you were on the other side of the counter, How would you respond?

I love the quality meats that we get from this place!! We've only gone there twice now, as it's a 40 minute drive for us, but man!! It's more than worth it! Especially being able to shop and support locally! Everything we've gotten has been so very good! The people seem to be very friendly and helpful too!

Unfortunately I do not recommend this place at all. We took a cow there to be butchered and we got the meat back from it. The ground beef has a lot of gristle in it. Two of the kinds of roasts consist of mostly bone and fat. I have to use two roasts to get enough meat for two people. And they are supposed to be the good cuts of roast like chuck, etc. We were happy with the steaks that we got, but the majority of the meats that we got we were not happy with at all.

First of all I’m gonna say that when I drop my deer off they kept it for 16 days so any logical person that’s ever done a deer themselves or any animal for that matter knows that hang in that long there should be very little blood in the packages when it’s thawed out that was not the case mine bleeds like it was processed the day before they called me to get it I took out a pack of stew meat this morning to put on for soup and found every bit of it had been covered with the silver skin and was not trimmed also it all had bones attached I have used processors from one end of the state to the other and have never had my stew meat with bone in it the package was labeled stew me and then in red pen above bone in another shortcut somebody took on process and day to apparently get my deer out very poorly done disappointed I would not recommend this establishment if the other processors are full I would quarter my dear and keep it in a cooler until one of them was able to get it I also had cheddar jalapeño sausage made I had a pack of that last week texture wise and Kasons were good but overall flavor of the meat was lacking again I think this establishment takes a lot of shortcuts when I have too many deer in the cooler apparently they just cut it up and call you to come get one with no guarantee that you get your deer. After I posted this review I received aggressive messages from the owner cussing me out and telling me that I had made a mistake by post in my review great way to do business buddyl (never seen stew meet cut from the ribs unless you came it short, did the wrong deer ,or gave my stew to someone else’s
