I have been coming to R & R Goat Auction for over 10 years, to buy and sell. I was here again on Saturday December 30, 2024, looking for goats. I bought seven goats, a billy and six very pretty nannies, with one as a juvenile with her mother. Four look to be pregnant, and the prices were very much in line with my expectations. Overall, my experience was outstanding! I got something to eat in the snack bar, it was good. After I was ready to go, it was a five minute wait to cash out, 15 minute wait to load out, no worries. I live in Richmond County, an hour away, and worth the drive. Very friendly staff, and I will definitely be back! Thank y'all very much! Highly recommend these folks.

Great place truly care about customers and animals the one time I had a problem with hatching eggs they did their best to resolve it and even made announcements about situation and said if it continued they would stop selling eggs that's a awesome gesture knowing they would lose a revenue stream rather then have a upset customer just a great place

Love this ❤️❤️♥️❤️❤️ place, been coming here since 1979, bought a many of cars here over the years. Now they have 🐐 goat sales. I bought me some chickens, ducks 🦆, and a goat 🐐. Good to see Ms.Kight last night.

They give people a fair Shake. The people that own it and there employees are like family. They'll help you any way they can. I've been there a lot bought a lot and sold a lot. Always look forward to going to earn our livestock and goat sale

Experience of a lifetime. Definitely glad I went. Chickens Geese Ducks pigeons doves all crammed into laundry baskets. Cruel I don't know. You can definitely buy anything there. Goats sheep etc.

Would have given higher stars, although I am troubled by one of the volunteers with excessive man handling of goats, each time I have attended an auction I have seen this individual literally dangle a goat by the neck. I get you have to be rough to an extent with animals but this is over the line of roughness. Also I can tell the person has a short temper when goats do not want to go the way he wants them to go. Call me soft hearted but I still feel the animals should be handled with some form of respect. Over all I do like to attend just would like to see some different techniques on moving the animals through the auction block

Goats, sheep, cows, birds galore.
A variety of HomeGoods, Farm Goods. Never know what you'll find. One sale (indoor) before animals and one after (outdoor).
They have a great concession stand. Hamburgers, hotdogs, sausage dogs, fries, corn dogs, chili, a variety of good eats and drinks.
Everyone is very friendly and sociable.

People were friendly. Process to register and buy was easy. But....buyer beware-we bought mother and baby goat as a family. I think the seller was trying to thin out a sick herd. Momma died within 4 days. Baby lasted another 3 days. Spent 24 hours a day for those last 3 days trying to nurse baby back. There was nothing we or the vet could do. It broke our hearts.
