Worst customer service by the older lady hateful on the phone hateful in person. Also they called in July to say the August special would start July 15th. I asked about my tank rental and the $25 discount. Did I need to come in July ,no the it was good til August 31st. Well 2 weeks later they went up on tank rental and today I went in to prepay and if you dont by 200 gallons or more you don't get the $25 discount.

I called and set up a date, 2 weeks out for leak test and fill up. Mark showed up that morning and was very professional. He preformed the leak/pressure check then filled my tank. I called the Cedartown office and paid my bill over the phone without any issues. I'm very pleased with the service.

If you will need propane servicing the Piedmont /Cherokee County area I do NOT recommend River City at all!

I didn’t realize my tank was so low , I called and spoke with Julie at the Piedmont office , ordered propane, with in hours my tank was full, thank you to you and your staff for taking care of our family . 5 star service December 18 2023

Update, I had used more propane than I had thought , called the Piedmont office on Monday morning , spoke with Julie again, the propane was delivered that same afternoon. Thank you again RIVER CITY PROPANE

I hate seeing all the negative feedback here. I have always had a good experience. During the coldest part of winter, I didn't realize I was low on gas and ran out. They only come to my area on Wednesdays, and of course i run out on Thursday. I called on Friday morning to order more gas. I tell her I realize they only come to my area on Wednesday and that would be fine. We would make due. She had the deliver my gas the very next day on Saturday. I am more than pleased.

This place is a laugh. Called in January for a gas tank to be delivered. Alisa (May be misspelled) set up an appointment for 1/26/21 which was 2 weeks out. Waited all day but no one shows. Called the next day and was told by (Alisa) that the two women who worked there were fired, and paperwork was not found. She had only been there a week and would call me back. Today is 2/1, so I called her. As usual more excuses....” a lot going on then the rain.” I stopped her to tell her I didn’t need her company nor her lies that I had found another company (Blossman) to bring me a tank. They were suppose to be here on Friday Dec.9,2016 to deliver my gas,I waited all day long and they never showed,called nothing,I called them that afternoon and the lady said you are on delivery for today,he will be there,but I can not give you a time,well they never showed,it was suppose to go down to 19 degrees last night and I had to conserve my heat because they did not even have the decency to give me a call!!! It is now 11:30 on Saturday morning and I still have not heard from them!!!!

Called 3 weeks ago to get the rest of my pre booked gas. Sure we will be out this week. 3 call person was rude and condescending. "I can tell you IT will not be delivered today!" Poor customer service. I have been a loyal customer. Will be looking for a new provider.
