Purchased a Hapstone R2 sharpener from them. Customer service during the ordering process was excellent. My sharpener happen to have a manufacturing defect on one clamp and a bad bolt on another. Gritomatic had new clamps shipped out the next day to me. They are an excellent company and stand behind what they sell. I am a customer for life and cannot recommend them enough.

I made my second purchase through Gritomatics website on Saturday March 19th, 2022. The order was placed on a Saturday evening, it said that the items were estimated to be delivered on Friday the 25th but my order arrived today March 22. They are very fast in getting the products shipped out, they have a great selection, great descriptions and excellent customer service. I am extremely happy with everything that Gritomatic has to offer, they will be the company that gets my business and I found out that they are a short driving distance from me, 2 hours or so, give or take depending on traffic. I have already recommended them to several people, I will continue to recommend them to others and will continue doing my business with them.
