4 hrs to load, very rough on my trailer, damaged case when unloaded at the other end, waste containers leaking in the parking lot and making it difficult to back in/out

Great load time!!! 45 minutes in the door. They did have restrooms fir drivers all the way in the back.

Always easy in and out . Call the number on the gate for whatever service you are there for shipping or receiving. They will open the gate, put you in a door or stage you until they are ready for you. They will call you with a door, once loaded they will come out have you sign the bills, then seal you up. I can only speak for shipping, have not delivered to this company.

Had a delivery for 11am. Got me right at 8am. Backed into a door. Off load about 30 minutes. Easy to back into Docks. Great place.

Called to inquire about a product they sell. Was told to call "Vido" (Vytas Jozaitis). Talked to him once on the phone-- super nice guy-- and he said he'd email me info on the product. Never heard from him. Called and talked to him a second time and he said he lost my email address. Ok. So I got his email address and immediately wrote him with questions about the product. No response. This was a couple months ago. On the second phone call, he said "do you want me to send you a sample?" That would be great, I said, and promptly emailed him my address. Guess what? He didn't send the sample. I am trying to establish a business-to-business relationship that (hopefully) would grow to me placing large orders of this product with them in the future. So why is it impossible to get a response, a sample, or ANY information about the product? Can't understand. Steer clear.

It sadden me to write this review because I know that Doehler is a great company with great respect for the product they produce. But the Management of Doehler in Cartersville, Ga is somewhat questionable. Which make this company horrible to work for. There are hard-working, career driven people in this company that work in production and warehouse and are mistreated over and over again. I have spoken to several former employees and they all have the same story. MANAGEMENT IS HORRIBLE. No matter how hard and long they work this company still does not provide compensation, no pay raises, no cost of living increase, no bonuses for meeting budget. Tell us why should anyone want to work for them. Great company BAD people. The only reason those are still there is because they have too be. What a shame. My heart goes out too those whom are still pressing on. Good Luck

Been there five months...Poor management.. Had to train myself on Forklift by myself! Was left to the work load of three people, even when I asked for help.I always was left
with no direction on what to do. Was pulled from one task to the next. Tried to talk to my supervisor but she was rude and demeaning.

After a pretty rough week, I get here to find out the appointment time I was given was incorrect and the receiving crew was already gone. But, the employees here still unloaded me. So for that, I’m extremely thankful!
