If you are independent driver: DO NOT ACCEPT LOADS TO THIS FACILITY OR CANCEL IMMEDIATELY AND TAKE A DIFFERENT LOAD.

Not Impressed at all. Poor attitude with most individuals encountered. Poor space management and inefficient unloading procedures.

Overall pethetic operation.

Operations Manager should be fired immediately for incompetance and failure to motivate employees under them to work efficiently.

Racetrack leadership should be embarrassed at such an inefficient operation and maybe go back to their Six Sigma training. I have advance knowledge and training in operations management. I drive truck because I want to top 5 of worst warehouse operations I've seen

Hey Drivers!! Ok so Racetrac DC will be 1st bldg on right where it says Bldg 100. You will not see a sign smh...but the docks are on right down behind Carlisle docks. Parking is tight but doable, more than likely will have to do a 90 degree backing maneuver depending on how many day cabs or trailers parked in front of docks. Good news tho!! They allow overnight parking. I literally did not see a receiving office so I went in 1st door by dock 1 and rang buzzer, someone greeted me and put me in dock right away. Very nice.

Everything seems so good at first. The people are nice for the most part but when it comes to training it gets crazy. They have regular employees training new people which backfired because it’s hard to train someone when you’re tryna get work done and have a quota to meet, things go unlearned. You’ll get 1-3 days then every thing else is learn as you go. This is NOT the job for you if you don’t like mandatory over time. The start time is from 6-8 am until production says that you’re not needed meaning if you get done early you still have to stay until basically everyone is done and then you still have to complete end of the day task ( cleaning bathroom, taking out trash etc..) if you don’t catch on to things quickly this is not the job for you. You will be let go (even in your first week) if you cannot keep up. It’s $16 as of rn so if you can handle this it’s still a decent job

Beautiful new wide open facility and the genius that designed dock 2 came to work. It’s good if your day cab, not so much for a sleeper. Cars everywhere, etc etc
