5 ⭐️ to the amazing, hardworking, polite guys in the shop !!!!!
0 ⭐️ for the extremely cold-hearted, rude & not friendly whatsoever woman in the office (Susan perhaps) I believe she's the owner's daughter. I've never in my lifetime experienced an ungrateful person..even as she's taking my hard earned money...at a WAY OVERPRICED amount. It definitely wasn't the amount I was given 30 minutes prior...3 metal roof projects later....will definitely be our LAST.....WHAT A SHAME

I ordered metal roofing for my home. My roof is approximately 6600 sq foot (large order). If I ever need again in the future I will use this company again. They were very helpful in measuring and obtaining the proper material. I live 9 hours away from this business and glad I used them.

This was the worst experience I have received when buying metal roofing. I ordered material that was supposed to be 12’-3” it was cut ~12’-0”, even though my ticket says 12’-3” and was charged as such. It’s not ideal but luckily I was able to make it work. I also ordered Eave drip and it was broke uneven one side was 3 5/8” the other was 3 1/8”, it looked terrible. I had to buy new and replace it. The fellow I spoke with on the phone about these issues was super unprofessional. His response was “ they are human they make mistakes, what do you want me to do about it”. To which I responded “make it right”! He laughed at me!
