After a recommendation from some friends, we agreed to have them deliver and install a pole barn kit. We made the required first of three payments by credit card and set a date. They rescheduled several times and had a different excuse each time. They were hard to reach during the entire process and will not answer any of our calls or texts now. We paid them in July and they still have our money and have not delivered the kit. We have an open complaint with the better business bureau that we filed in late October. There is also a complaint from another person that is posted there and it appears that they had problems similar to ours.

I had them put up a building for me. In about 3 months the building collapsed. Initially they responded, but then they disappeared. Would not return calls or texts. The installation was "guaranteed" for 2 years. They did not honor their guarantee!
