Derrick does not stand up to his word. He takes your money and if there is a problem he will not correct them. We had water running INTO the house....not sloped away from the house. PLEASE use another contractor who is more reputable. All I wanted is to have this issue and the cracks in the concrete fixed. I feel that he takes advantage of people who are in the military. Don't go by the pictures he posts - that is what I did and I wish we went with another company. TERRIBLE WORKMANSHIP!!!
