This place is a total disrespect with all truck Drivers, this a mess here, I got here 8:14 am today my appointment was for 16:00 and now is 10:13 pm I'm still here this is a total disrespect with all truck drivers avoid this place with all cost.

I booked a load, but when I received the rate confirmation, I pulled up the address on Google and saw the reviews! I quickly made an excuse to the broker and canceled the load. I’m so glad I checked the comments and realized the issues before heading there! Let’s all leave negative reviews for businesses that disrespect drivers and ignore appointment times. Together, we can protect our rights! Thank you for your comments.

Current time: 1915 and no dock.

Here now and these negative reviews are spot on. Whoever organizes and handles their transportation dept needs to be canned. From the looks of the staging area there completely overwhelmed. Not.enough doors and man power to handle the capacity that needs to be moved. Other than that the guard shack people was nice. No one should sit more than two hours to be loaded.

AVOID AT ALL COST WARNING WARNING there's a great reason their rating is in the trash no concept of appointment times don't bother showing up early and plan on 6-12 hours after your appointment time to be working again. Then only good thing is you'll be able to get a 10 or 34 hour break in that's why they got 1 star and not zero

GET EMPTY weight and then park. I was in and out pretty fast. My appointment was for 4pm, in door by 4:30pm, and I was out by 5:30pm. When you check in at guard you will see staging area to your right and docks to your left. SCALE is around behind staging area towards left side. Driver lounge by the Guard and it has vending machines inside and restrooms 🇭🇳👍🏽😎👍🏽🇭🇳

Very nice parked overnight they have clean restrooms plenty of snacks and drinks in drivers lounge. Got a door 1 hour before appointment time was unloaded at my apartment time.
