I was not happy with the additional cost ( for materials) which was added on unexpectedly when the contractors performed the work for the TV mounting.
I was under the impression that the price quote included everything. Disappointed.
I feel “nickeled and dimed” for $50 over what I expected.
Otherwise the quality of the work was good.
A bit disappointed on the lack of follow up communication after the appointment. I would not recommend.
Too expensive for the work performed.

I like to see passion in people who care about their craft.

Guardian Technologies & Security and their owner Robbie Westberry have that quality. Planning/designing/achieving/servicing something that fits the needs, space, and practicality of a home is hard, but Guardian did our full system and went above and beyond the call of duty — even though they were busy and in-demand.

All systems that perform to the max have initial glitches and gremlins; that's what makes debugging them fun, and Guardian is great at it.

I recommend them to anyone whole-heatedly.

But they don't get 5 stars, alas. Just 4.5. And that's because though it's clear that Robbie cares and wants to hire and teach young people to do things the right way, he can't find them.

I wish him and his business all the luck... good people are hard to find, even for good people. I will be doing business with him again.
