I can only speak on my experience and my case worker was great and prompt with accepting my case and getting me in to see her and get the process rolling. It's been about a year now but in these cases it does and may take some time. Everything was executed and I'm finally receiving the support that I should have gotten long ago. So I thank the division for their time support and effort and I literally have no complaints

The staff is pretty straightforward and probably dread waking up every morning. The waiting room is in horrible conditions. If you are trying to do the right thing, this place makes you feel like you are still worthless. Everything is broken here. The lighting gives you depression. The cloth seats are disgusting and the vinyl seats are torn and missing the cushions. Pitiful.

I woke up this morning reading all of the comments and from what I see, ,there are 1 star by most of the the post. I only seen 2 five stars.
I want to go the child support office myself but I'm wondering how I would get treated. It seems to me that every single parent that was there was being judged. I hate when high class woman's act like they have the upper power over you because you trying to get the help you need. I guess you have to have some balls to go up in that place. That's one thing I don't like is when a person makes me feel like I'm worthless, I let it be known, they are no better than me or God.

This office is very unprofessional, they need better communication skills they don’t handle your case correct they don’t care don’t try to help it’s really people out here going through it and need help with their kid/kids and they take forever to process your application now that the office is closed appointments only you have to send your information through the mail which i don’t feel is right and it take them to months just to start processing it. It’s so bad i just want to cancel my case they definitely need to hire people who take this job serious and who really wanna work because i feel like they don’t want to do their job.

My encounter(s) with the staff at this location have been awful! The customer services are reprehensible for the position the caseworkers here have chosen. The people who work here, well most of the people here or at least the ones that I've had to converse with all lack compassion, all are ratchet, unprofessional, rude, & even disrespectful. They deserve no stars at all. On top of all the negative things that I've mentioned these people I've met with in person have both facial expressions & body language that' SCREAMS "I HATE MY JOB" I COME 2 WORK TO DO THE BARE MINIMUM REQUIRED TO SECURE MY JOB!..... SERIOUSLY It's jus awful here, & I am not exaggerating frfr!!

I was so apprehensive about going to this place after reading the reviews here. I arrived at 9 am & there were so many people there I thought I would be waiting forever; They announced that there would be a delay because of a few people in meetings, etc, etc. so I once again got discouraged. After about 10 minutes I was called back. The woman greeted me & took me back.. she input all my paperwork manually into the system & informed me on how everything would work. She made copies then walked me to financial for me to pay (non-TANF). I was out in 45 minutes tops. I feel if you have a positive attitude they will as well & the more knowledgeable you are then the easier the process will be. I had all my paperwork organized and ready to go. I had a great experience.

I think the reason they show us no respect because they look at us being lazy people who keep having kids. When reality a kids are blessing and its hard to get a job out here. I have no kids but I needed the food stamps to feed myself while I continue looking for job that pays enough so I want need food stamps again. Thanks God I have found a job!
So they treat us any kid of way but they will have to answer to God one day. The government doesn't care about us.

This review is more so towards the entire process rather than this location. This location is what it is. And that’s just how it is. But I feel in 2019, this should all be more automated. Why must a notification be mailed (snail mail) to the NCP, then we have to wait on a response from the employer then someone will finally put in the amount. Employers should be notified electronically and deductions should begin electronically immediately.
I started my case in April and July is literally on Monday and I’m still waiting. But I shall be patient in the meantime.
