I recently had a frustrating experience at the Greenbriar Parkway Tag Office, which I felt compelled to share. After reviewing my documents, the initial agent informed me that I didn’t have what I needed for my vehicle registration. Confident that I did, I called the dealer, who reassured me I had everything necessary as an experienced professional. However, when I returned to the window, the agent spoke to me patronizingly and reiterated that I lacked the correct information.

Dissatisfied, I decided to visit another location on Stonewell Tell Road. There, I was greeted by a knowledgeable agent who quickly processed my documents, confirmed the type of tag I wanted, and completed the transaction in under 10 minutes. This experience was a stark contrast to my previous one at Greenbriar Parkway.

Additionally, Kimberly Carr was the agent at the Greenbriar location who did not assist me effectively. Despite providing her with all the correct documentation for my out-of-state vehicle from Oregon, she was rude, unprofessional, and unwilling to help. As a military member accustomed to top-tier customer service, I was disappointed by her behavior. I left her office and, like before, visited another tag office where my registration was processed without any issues.

Due to these experiences, I will not return to the Greenbriar Parkway location. I hope my feedback helps the management address these concerns, as I believe customer service should always strive to be helpful and supportive.

This is the rudest tag office that I have ever been too! Like seriously the whole staff. I spoke to my grandmother and sister and they’ve had the same encounter with this location. Please train your employees on customer service or they need to find new jobs. If you hate your job just stay home it’s simple. I will never come here again and I will advise you not to as well:(

Either incompetent or malicious

I recently purchased a car out of state with temporary tags. The dealer, who has sold cars to Georgia residents for a decade, had provided all the paperwork that I would need for GA tags. I went to the Fulton Tax Commissioner at Greenbriar Parkway, provided the documents, and explained that I needed permanent GA tags. The agent looked over my documents, then said I didn’t have what I needed. I told him I was sure I did. He called for a supervisor who explained to me that I needed to have the car's title reassigned from the dealer to me.

I texted the dealer. "Trust me," he says, "I have done this for 10 years without issue. You have the Notification of Sale Form. Dealers never do what they’re asking. The agent who is helping you is not helping you. They're making your life difficult." I returned to the window and explained what the dealer had said. The agent talked to me like I was an idiot, reiterating that I didn't have the right information.

I looked up the address for another tax office location and drove to the Stonewell Tell Road location. I greeted the agent and handed over the same documents. This woman knew her job. She went through the documents, recorded the necessary information, asked me what kind of GA tag I wanted, told me the cost of the transaction, and I was done in under 10 minutes.

I am not saying your experience will be like mine, but please know that I will never return to the Greenbriar Parkway location. Good luck!

TERRIBLE service. 0 stars, do not recommend at all. If you’re there avoid Barbara D’s window, she was rude, disgusting, and hateful. She gave us the run around and refused to be helpful, although we had all the paperwork required from the website and confirmed on the phone. Such a waste of time & painful experience.
