My husband and I stopped in Saturday and picked up several things(steak, pork chops, venison). I honestly thought I had fallen for some crazy sales pitch but that Ribeye Spinalis we bought was the best steak of my life. So good and tender- we will be back for more!!! Thanks for taking the time to explain the cut to an uninformed customer 🥰

They made me feel so welcomed. I got the beef short ribs. They explained everything about their aging process and suggested great ways to prepare the beef. Never had beef ribs so tender and juicy. Best beef ribs i had in my life. I will definitely return.
