They were awesome! We had an issue with the rental company at the ATL airport and we were put in contact with Loco car rental. They picked us up from the airport and took us to their business. They were fast, courteous and friendly. If we ever need to rent a car in Atlanta, Loco will be our first choice!

The rental places in the airport are a sham! They take prepaid debit cards but not Chime. A very sweet lady helped me get to Loco and Jah was the absolute nicest! She got me a nice car and transportation to and from the airport. They are the best!!! Will definitely go back!

When in Atlanta and in need of a rental car, I can honestly say that I will be calling Loco Car Rental every time. I returned a vehicle March 9th and it has been passed the 12 to 15 days for processing my security deposit. I've spoke with multiple employees and they all say to continue to wait or call back next week. I asked to speak to a manager and they said the manager is just going to tell me the same thing. They didn't even attempt to fix the situation. Very unprofessional and I do not recommend anyone to take your business there.

LOCO Car Rental saved us after having issues collecting our rental from the airport. The collected us from the airport and swiftly got us in a new rental. They were friendly, professional, and transparent and affordable.

Highly recommend! Won’t use another big name airport rental when I visit Georgia again. Only Loco!

Loco was very helpful when I could not do the airport rental in Atlanta. They were attentive, quick, and polite. I had two young kids with me and they were helpful it getting us on the road. Super friendly and transparent. Would use again.

I had an issue with my initial rental with Avis and was recommended by one of the employees to try SoLoco. Things went smoothly for the most part except I was charge over $700 for the rental after already being charged by AVIS and awaiting their refund. I paid the fee with the expectation that I would receive my deposit of $250 back within 12 business days after return of the vehicle. I am writing this review on business days 30 and still no refund or call from management with any update. I called multiple times, respectfully, asking for an update and get nothing but “wait some more” At this point I’m ready to dispute the entire charge for fraud since they couldn’t hold up their end of the agreement. I would avoid this place if you care about getting your money back in a timely manner. Vacations and trips are expensive enough. This is disappointing.

They are great they are the only ones that would take chime credit card and it was a last min thing because when my husband and I got to Atlanta the other rental place I was going to get a car from would not take chime so they sent me to stixs and they guy there call loco and he has one of his people come get us and got us a car and they are very nice people I live in Colorado and went to Atlanta to visit family and they understand people if I go back to Atlanta I will rent a car from loco again because they work with the people and I had to come home early and they under stand and I got my deposit back and money back from the day I took is back so if you need to rent a car in Atlanta go to loco car rental they are very nice people thank you loco car rental for helping me and if I need a car the next time I will be calling you guys thank you very much .
