Great experience. First time here. I showed up a day early (1600) just to park overnight before my scheduled pick up. (Next day at 0800). They checked on the shipping schedule and ended up loading that afternoon. Also, told me I could overnight on site if I wanted to do so, just be out of the flow of traffic. People were friendly and professional. Plenty of space to maneuver and they had port-a-John’s available for use.

Brand new. Drivers picking up. Pull on scales and get weight. Take ticket down on your right by dock door 8. Drivers must wait in side while being loaded. For all drivers that need to call in call the number on here give them your load number and your pick up number and they will let you know if your load is ready.

Loaded in 30 minutes. The gentleman that loaded my trailer was courteous and professional. Shipping on West side of building receiving on East side.

I have put in 3 applications to this place and have never heard anything back. They have that huge sign out front like they are begging for people to come and apply, but when you do, you never hear anything back.

Delivering here is a breeze!
My company, DaLan Trucking, is frequent fliers so we deal with them often. This isn't a one time encounter experience I'm forming an opinion upon.
The employees are always nice. Even on busy days, they unload pretty quick. I don't know about loading seeing as we only deliver there.
Be prepared to not have much cell service, if any. It's only a mile off the main road... where you'll pick up service again. So if you'll have a backhaul, I recommend getting the info before you get there so you know which direction you'll be needing to go when you leave. Even GPS stops getting satellite signal once you turn, and cross over the RR tracks. So I also recommend programming that in before you turn off the main road.
There is parking if you want to be there the night before or need to do a 10. Park out of the way, and PLEASE DON’T wear out your welcome or leave trash. We who appreciate the courtesy would like to keep the privilege of being welcome to stay.

Scheduled for a Friday pickup, but called them Thursday at noon, left a message requesting an earlier appointment. Shipping actually called me back! (Most businesses won’t return calls) They said the load was ready, would load as soon as I got there. I was loaded within 40 minutes, can’t ask for better service than that! Friendly folks, easy in and out.
