I worked for this company for what would have been a total of 3 weeks as an Account Manager. At first, I was excited about the opportunity as the people who interviewed me seemed nice. After my first couple of days of work I began to realize how toxic this place was. Just about everyone who works here uses profanity on the norm. Training is intense, and you are expected to learn very quickly. The person who was training me was very rude and insulting. I've worked in corporate jobs before and have never experienced anything like this place. From day one my computer never functioned properly and even went a whole day without turning on. I felt that I was lacking the proper resources to get through training, but that was overlooked. I was terminated because the director of operations felt that I wasn't catching on fast enough. Keep in mind that training was provided maybe 30 min every other day. If you need a job just to get a paycheck then this place would do, other than that I would suggest looking somewhere else more professional and modern with happier people.

Great company to work for. The executive team has very obviously grown exponentially in heart and character since these unfortunate burns as one star reviews. They accept me for who I am and if you can dream it, they can build it. Beautiful company to have a career with.
