I wanted to love this Zinus Lotus lounger, it was really the only thing I wanted for myself for my birthday. It was a reasonable price and got fairly good reviews, with the exception of a few that complained that it never fully expanded, but I thought ‘that won’t happen to me’ and yet it did. It never expanded to a size that I could even try it. Of course because of the bulky size, it makes for a difficult return, which I would guess Zinus is banking on. I do not recommend ordering this product, as it seems this is not an isolated event. Boo Zinus USA Inc.

Absolute waste of money. Less than a year old we had a leg break—and not just the leg but the piece of wood it was screwed into. Contacted customer support with absolutely no help. A Walmart couch would have been better quality.

From I75. Use Exit 216 Hwy155. Go east to US23/42. Turn right, plant is on the right and 1mile down. I pull a tanker and they allowed me to park at the rack I unloaded at. Nice people to work with.

A new (in the box) bed frame was given to me as a gift and the hardware was missing from the box. Because it was a gift and that person is not with us anymore, I do not have a way to locate the purchase invoice. Customer support will not locate the hardware specs for me so I know what to buy and they will not send a replacement. I would give zero stars if I could.

I ordered a bed frame from them and it says delivered, but I never got it. I called FedEx to file a claim and them filed one with Zinus. Zinus told me I had to file a police report before they would even refund or send me a replacement, but they will not make a claim from their end.
