12 hour load times but there's no reason for them to fix it because brokers will keep booking loads with them regardless. I wonder how many hours of people's time they waste all together every day just being lazy and inefficient.

Company driver had appt for 5pm and got here at 11:40am and got started on my load at 1pm and had three piece load going through loading bay 1,2,3. Area 2 was fast took about 30-40 min but 1 took about 2 hrs and I’m still at loading area 3 after waiting behind 5 other trucks there’s no one here to load me. Seriously unprofessional and lazy. Even if it’s a shift change it really shouldn’t take more than 10 min. Get your crap together.

All the reviews are accurate. 9 hours after my 8pm appt was finally loaded. If you get here in the evening, go to sleep they'll call you. Don't waste your time thinking they'll call you back any time soon, trust me. Also OVERNIGHT PARKING IS PERMITTED. Guard literally said they cannot tell you to leave and that's because it's a federal breach of motor carrier and shipping industries agreement of HOS regulations. Don't let them tell you anything different if you get the arrogant guy who doesn't know his left from right. Again, you will wait all day/night to spend 10 minutes in total getting loaded. Bring food. Get some rest. Stay safe out there

THE example of what happened to America. No sense of urgency, respect for others & dedication to job(s). BELIEVE reviews of taking at LEAST 6 hours to even get called back to load. If drivers would stop coming here to get loads maybe they would get the point but that won’t happen. Definitely won’t be back, tried to give them a chance AGAIN after SEVERAL times but no more

Not too bad. Everyone always has something to complain about. Setup 6 pieces wood on flatbed trailer spread out. Wear all things needed, hardhat with chin strap, safety glasses, reflective vest or clothes, pants, shoes, gloves... or they won't let you past scales.

Download their app to check in with 00... number first and all these things before you go on scale. Bring wood 6 pieces or they gonna make you pay a lot

I'm surprised at the negative reviews, although I did load on a Saturday. I was in and out quick.

But Y'all truckers are nasty pigs. They have nice restrooms here for our use and Y'all just don't gaf. Be better.

Zone 3 ..the lady gaga women who take care of paper work asked me to move tarps (8 ft tarps) which were heavy and couldn’t moved by one person and I asked for help with machine and she was thats not our job. And shouted this person can’t do his work.. then nice gentleman working there came and gave me hands.. .. people are getting ugly these days.
