Discovered a new brewery that is close to home but away from the hustle and bustle. This little gem is apart of the Cartersville original Drowned Valley Brewery. They recently opened the Outpost in Euharlee, Ga. It is becoming my new favorite when we go out as a family. We have visited the Cartersville location many times for date nights but never as a family. The Outpost not only offers a great selection of beers but also a great outdoor entertainment area for hanging out with friends and kids. The outdoor space backs up to a creek and the property has a small playground that is fenced in. My 18 month old and 6 year old had a great time while daddy and I got to kick back and relax with some local brews.

Fantastic place for hanging out. Good beer and good food truck options. Giant greenspace with lots of seating. But bring a chair because this place will get busy with upcoming outdoor activity weather. Fenced-in playground. Fishing on the Etowah River. Disc Golf holes & more.

Quality second spot by Drowned Valley! The inside is small but the outdoor area is large with nice seating options; sit on the deck or on the grass in the Adirondack chairs and take in the view of the river and/or historic bridge. The inside has a good bar area along with some leather couches and tables, but the place to be is out back. The Outpost has some beer you can’t find at the OG location, so it’s worth checking out for more than the views alone. Two toilets that are totally closed off; one is for women and the other is gender neutral. The parking lot also has plenty of parking. Had a session IPA, Bartow brown, rauchbier, and a peanut butter brown ale; the session IPA wasn’t my favorite, but the rauchbier and peanut butter brown ale were great. The Bartow brown is always a tasty award-winning option that needs no explanation. Anything with double ** is available at The Outpost only. Come check it out!

Great location right next to the water and an old historic covered bridge. Lots of seating some indoor mostly outdoor. Playground for children and food truck was on site. Large selection of craft beers on tap. Very quiet and chill environment.

We have been going to the original Drowned Valley in downtown Cartersville for a long time, so we were super excited when they decided to open a second location! It’s an amazing location right next to Euharlee’s famous covered bridge, and even more convenient, it’s within walking distance from our house! We look forward to coming here, and still the OG location, for years to come!

Great place to get away from the hustle and bustle to unwind and relax. Enjoy peaceful views of Euharlee Creek and the Historic Covered Bridge. 16 hand crafted beers on tap that will rotate frequently so there will constantly be something new to try. Come check it out!

The atmosphere at this Drowned Valley Brewing location was perfect with the Etowah River out back and plenty of chairs for lounging. The beers were great and they had a wide variety of different styles. I really liked the jalapeño mexican lager which was very unique and tasty. The prices were very reasonable as well.

A mexican food truck was parked out front and drew a large crowd. A couple friends really liked the food that they ordered. The kids even had a great time fishing.

Great beer, great vibes, and great scenery right on the river. The playground was a great idea for entertaining the kids. Casey and the staff do an amazing job of making sure everyone is having a great time! This is our favorite brewery by far!!
