If you come here to pick up, you better have something to eat with you because you’re gonna be here for hours! Got here at 11:40am and it’s now 3pm and I’m still here. They just started loading me. But what really pisses me off is two trucks that came after me got loaded and left before me because they were “priority loads”. I’m WARNING!!!! You note if you pick up here, you will be waiting so GOOD LUCK!!!! O and if you think you’re gonna get detention, think again because they pay after 3hrs of they even pay at all!!! I will never pick up from here again! Not even a paper clip!!!!

Each Golden Arowana/Wellmade plank was much denser than ANY OTHER manufacturer! This has many advantages for a floating floor, including several performance layers, an antimicrobial foam pad and a 20mil (0.5 millimeter) protection that enables them to offer an unbeatable warranty of 35 year for residential applications! We ended up purchasing online and ground shipping was free! So it was a no brainer: Costco quality endorsement, plus awesome options, plus 100% evident quality, plus free shipping. The shipment was very professional, to avoid in-transit damage. We got the beautiful Bleached Coral style and also the matching, high-quality Reducer/T-Moldings. Hands down, Golden Arowana/Wellmade is the best option in the market. Know this: You will NOT see this product in big box distributors, therefore I advice you to order some samples from Golden Arowana/Wellmade, study your color combinations, and compare EVERY single aspect. In our humble opinion, this is the clear leader in this market segment and will be the best option for your project to maximize the return on your investment. We wish you will be as amazed and satisfied as we are.

I purchased the Golden Arowana HDPC vinyl plank at Costco. I know nothing about flooring and especially install info of flooring. I called customer service and they were extremely polite and were eager to assist me. I was transferred to this EXPERT who answered all of my questions and was very patient. I recommend this person, his name is Jontae and he is very helpful. He helped boost my confidence in starting the install and also recommended the additional finishing items I needed. Keep up the great work. Also the product is WELLMADE.

One of the worst companies that have ever seen me will walk 6h to go to the company for a budget and they will make it stay 1 day and a half in the factory walking and min will show a hundred floors in sample and if they want they had in stock and if you want me they will pass the budget ...at the end of everything min they will pass a value and when I went to execute to buy they will reverse the value to more expensive and said that the value that had min spent was the rest of material that the company manufactures with damage and has no purpose and so I was selling them cheaper ...a company without any commitment to the customer and respect for the next I do not recommend it for anything

Loaded 45500, bill said 20000. Passed a few weigh stations in the night and reached some mountains. Hmm, why am I chugging at 35 mph? Did a double-take and that number near the units loaded said "footage" not pounds.

If you're a serious shipper, have weights you're loading on bills.
