Very disappointed. When getting estimates for septic pumping I called around and found these guys to be the least expensive. Most companies were between $350-400 which would include inspection and other things. These guys said they charged $150 to pump the tank (1000 gal, $250 for 1500 gal). I only needed routine service so figured I would go cheap. When they showed up, the quote was not the cost. They charge for each hose they have to hook up, the amount of sludge on the bottom, over filled charges, etc. By the time they were done, I paid a little under $400. Had I known I was going to pay that much in the beginning, I would have gone with someone else. By doing what they did, in my opinion, they make customers feel like they are being ripped off. No one wants to feel like charges are being made up on site. Can't speak do the honesty of the workers, they were probably fine just trying to sell services. But, doing it the way they did it, made me feel uncomfortable. Won't be calling them in the future.

Fast and efficient. Called late in the evening after system began backing up in the showers/toilets. Customer representative was understanding and got me the earliest next day appointment. Received a call just before 7am on a Saturday that workers were on their way. Information was constantly communicated and I felt informed during the entire process. I see in some of the other reviews people felt that the pricing was not upfront. I disagree with this entirely. The pricing was discussed over the phone and again when the workers reached the site. Once they identified the issue the price was broken down again before work continued. They made it clear that the price of emptying the tank is a specific amount, but if issues are occurring the waste is likely over the maximum capacity of the tank and would subsequently cost more, which sounds very reasonable to me. Of course its not cheap, but these issues typically aren't. They're removing bio hazardous waste! The workers were very polite and considerate even with having to work in the rain! Something I imagine is hard to do in this industry even on a sunny day. Despite an unknown root issue and no idea of where the access to the septic tank was, workers were in and out in under two hours, and went above and beyond in checking lines and even writing a report for us as we plan to sell in the near future. Very impressed with this crew and only have good things to say.

I was refused My military discount.My security cameras caught him installing only 1 baffle $350 each,after he charged me for 2. I called an told him an he came out an installed the one I payed for the next day.He also refused to give me my $350 back for the baffle that He charged me for that He didn't install,that is why He was out the next day installing the $350 baffle He charged me for . He also refused to give me my military discount.Because he said he saved me money. I played $1850 for 1 hour of work.

After neglecting my septic system for several years, my conscience got the better of me and I called these guys for service. They arrived promptly, found my septic tank quickly and set about to digging up the cover for access.

That's when I noticed something special. The service guy put a small tarp on the lawn and carefully placed the sod and soil on it. I knew my lawn was going to look untouched when this was all done. Nicely done.

The service itself took a while but that was because my system really needed work. Four or five years of neglect will do that, I guess. The service guy worked diligently for over an hour to make sure my system was restored to a healthy state. Same price. Great value!

Overall, these guys were prompt, polite, thorough and took the time to educate me, probably saving me dollars and headaches down the road.

I'd recommend them to anyone. In a heartbeat.

We called around and since my mom only needed a basic clean out, $150 sounded like a great price. What they don't tell you is they make up a much higher price when they get there. They tried to tell my mother they would have dig up even more of her yard despite the fact that they could already open the part of the tank that they needed. We kindly asked them to leave!
