Very poor service! I am 66 years old and ordered a carport. I have no knowledge on how carports are built. I knew I needed a 20x20 and was informed they would build it on site. They came when it was dark wearing hard hats with lights. My driveway has a side drive off the double driveway and a entrance to walk way to house. Entrance to house and side drive is blocked creating trip hazard and impossible to use my side drive way. I spoke with Tony the manager and he informed me I needed to tell him this upfront. Assuming it was being built on site they could clearly see they were blocking a driveway and entrance way and ask questions. No questions askef and Tony said I should have known to tell him. I am not educated on this type of business. I just had a driveway installed they came out to look at the area. I also issued a new shed this company came out twice to review the area. Awesome service as they cared enough to ensure the customer was happy. While still in conversation with Tony he said he had to leave to pick up his dog at the groomers and walked out. I called Eagle Carports and they called Tony asking him if would absorb some of the cost to correct the issue he refused saying it was my problem. To correct the problem it will cost me an additional 1, 600.00 dollars the original cost was 1,,900. 00. Run like your life depends on it from this place and Eagle Carport. No concern or service for customers with no knowledge on how carports are built. Tony was very rude and unconcerned to my situation as he had already collected his money. BEWARE our money is hard earned we should be treated as a customer not someone they need to collect money from. May God show him a better way to do business. May Eagle Carpet demand all dealers to ask questions.

Tony wirh this establishment did nothing but lie to me during the whole building process. Had contractors come out wirh the wrong blue prints wirh colors and wrong layouts trying to build wirh non experienced builders and non certified personnel. The inspector for my area had to keep correcting them from the work and conduct they performed . Builders would come for a week and not show up for 2 weeks or more. Tony acted as if he couldn't recall for their absent but wirh a little effort online they were sent to other jobs to leave you hanging in suspense. He later blamed the builder which he is the seller on workers being sick or couldn't find material for the delay. Numerous projects having to be recorrected through inspectors stating work is not up to par wirh the material that is shown at Cartersville site. Demo homes . Bad experience AL through out between him and builder contractors ..alot of lies blaming each other..2 months of worked promised out taking 6 months and still warranty work needs updating they won't respond and fix..I would steer clear or this business. They also changed LLC during my time of building which is not good for business changing names . I would highly recommend someone else and stay clear of this place for just a shed or any other building needs. Thanks

I was there with TerriLyn when Tony the Owner of EliteCabins + and design point blank told TerriLyn she should know how the Carport making business works. Tony spoke as if she were a nuisance. He did in fact tell TerriLyn he couldn’t help her because he needed to go get his dog from the groomers. Shame on you Toni, maybe you should read your own book and come back down to earth and join the rest of the working world who work hard for their money.

I had some problems with my building but once I reached out, the respond has been great. They got my building delivered and completed with very good people. Eric, our delivery driver, was top notch and did a perfect job. The owner followed up and extremely responsive. Tony, the lot owner, on top of everything and did an outstanding job.

This was a great experience. 1st I went by the lot and saw the sheds like 4 times before I had the courage to go during operating hours. We needed a home for our daughter and I loved the little finished ones. Aaron came to our house measured our yard and advised us. We bought the building right there it was around 2 weeks overdue, but we called and Aaron explained windows were back ordered due to Covid. As soon as they came in the most wonderful driver named Joe came and set it up for us. We had forgotten block and Joe helped us with some off the truck (he didn’t even charge us). These people are so nice and we highly recommend them to anyone.

I have worked with this company several times and I can honestly say the quality of their buildings are unmatched. Everything is built up to code and they have a "premium option" for complete tiny home lovers like myself. Aaron and his team has bent over backwards to provide a top quality service. I will always be thankful for the experience I had here!

Having seen the poor craftmanship of portable buildings around town I am truly impressed with the quality of the buildings at this location. The prices are competitive for the area but the craftsmanship is far superior of the local competition. "You get what you pay for" is truly at play here. If you want a cheap building they're a dime a dozen. If you want a quality built building with a great warranty buy from EZ in Cartersville. 5 Stars PLUS!

Purchased building off the lot. Very pleased with the building. However, delivery and set up took awhile. Paid in full with Cash on 9/25/2021. It was delivered and set up on 10/14/2021. Almost 3 weeks. Although I was nervous about the delivery, the Technician did an excellent job,,,, even placed it in a location with only inches to spare on either side. Although it was my understanding, the heat pump would come with the building and be installed the same day,, it did not happen. It was installed on 11/7/2021 by another Technician. Finally done 43 days after paying cash for a building already on the lot. Everyone was very polite and professional...All in all, I'm happy with the purchase and do recommend the business, so long as, you aren't needing the building immediately.
