I wish I would have read the reviews before wasting my time- 3.5 stars doesn't lie. This company deserves zero stars and I highly recommend you stear in a different direction. The inspector came out to "inspect" our fire extinguishers on our food trucks. The extinguishers are not even 2 years old and he claimed that our class K's were "too old" and needed to be recharged or replaced. Needless to say we get an invoice for $130 FOR A SERVICE THAT WAS NEVER PROVIDED. I would have happily pay a service fee for coming out but not the full amount since he didn't tag our equipment. We had another professional company come out the following week and they said our extinguishers were good, inspected, and tagged them no problem. What a scam this company is. I also called ASA after getting invoiced to discuss why they thought they should invoice us for not tagging our equipment and the woman Bailey seemed confused. I spoke with Bailey for about 2 minutes before she intentionally hung up on me after getting frustrated with my simple questions- she oversees the fire extinguisher department. I then got transfered to her manager Olivia who also seemed to think raising her voice on the phone was appropriate. I am not sure who owns this company but I'd love to see his/her quality of customer service because this is just a terrible way to run a business reas the reviews, they dont lie- they definitely just want your money.

If your a subcontractor don't take any jobs they have. My guys finished a job and they delayed our pay for a week. Not good business.

Very disappointed company. Never get customer confirmation about service date and increase price at 67% more than last year 2020! NEVER EVER use this company again. ANY OTHER LOCAL COMPANY HAS CHEAPER PRICE THAN IT! NO CARE ABOUT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!! BE CAREFUL!!!!!!!1
