Service at our property was impeccable! Garrett was the most pleasant, knowledgable and thorough tech you could ever wish for. He did not cut corners, spent enough time that you felt confident in the work you were paying for. We had a multi-day annual service at our business as well as a repair. He well represents this company!

Had purchased new system with parts and labor warranty, called in yesterday Sept 19 2024, a condensation pump kept running and system was and had been off... she explained that I was covered parts nd labor and a discounted service call of 106$... I told her the problem nd she said it was included...106$ total...service charge

Tech arrived nd completed job no problem, but when my wife calls to pay they charge around 175$ for pump saying not part of warranty...
The pump usually could be unplugged nd changed but this one the wired to the system so...

Would recommend RELIABLE. Nd would have used them myself this time but they don't service my area.... GOOD LUCK!!

Terrible customer service.The person that answered the phone was so rude. She had an issue with someone with our same last name and had wrong address which I tried to tell her was not us and gave her the correction but she kept talking over me. After getting the story for my neighbor I am glad I got my new unit from Their competitor. My neighbors said they did a terrible job on their system and ended up costing them a lot more money for the repairs, they had to go to someone else after Pendley messed their system up.

Shout out to Pendley for being awesome. Quality work, the technician was a super cool dude that listened to what I had been experiencing, looked everything over, and told me exactly what was needed and how much it would cost. He fixed me up and was on his way quick.

PS. I track my daily energy consumption because I don't like giving GA Power all my money, and the service immediately knocked about a dollar or a little more per day off my consumption and my house is considerably cooler to boot.

Great service and super fast. Very good customer service. Got a mini split that works absolutely wonderful and serviced my other 2 units. Everything was great! Will be using them for all my future service needs.
Fast forward a few months..

Had to call because my ac quit working and they came out and found it was a loose wire. He was in and out within 15 minutes. I just got a bill for $200. Will be looking for a different ac company as soon as my service contract is up.

Pendley has done a great job for us for years. 7 or 8 years ago they installed new units. Came back and set up zones for upstairs. Today fit us in to resolve an electrical problem that was keeping us cold. Good outfit with great service.

Late afternoon and temperatures were low and going lower. I knew pretty quickly we had a problem. About 4:15 pm I called Pendley to see if by chance there was a repairman/tech who could come by. She said they were all out on calls and it was very doubtful. About 20 minutes later we received a call that someone was on the way. He arrived by 5 pm, diagnosed the furnace problem and fortunately it was an easy fix. Thank you, Pendley!
