Received a CPAP last year. The first week i had it filling the water under the max line I woke up and developed pneumonia after water spraying in my lungs during the sleep. Now I am receiving bills from a company called ROTECH for 100's of dollars claiming its a rental and they also charge other fees. I will be returning the equipment to Georgia Extended Medical as soon as i can get there. I have received zero benefits and 100% risk from this machine.

Avoid at all costs. Keep reading if you want to know why. 1.) this place is a medical supply company. They are not into customer service with pleasantries and accommodation. I was greeted in a micro tiny office area by the front desk guy. I said I was here for my 3pm appointment and was told ok, but it’s at 4pm. I stated that is not what I was told, and I can reschedule if the wait was going to be long. He said no, no problem but then went about surfing on his phone. I was left to wonder: ok, are they going to come see me sooner or was he saying no problem you can just sit and wait an hour. 2) the same front desk guy answers a phone call and we hear: “ok, well if you don’t have an account with us, I can’t help you! And slams the phone down hanging up on a potential client. So at this point I’m thinking - they are only interested in supplying parts but not supplying a pleasurable client services experience at all! I told my wife, let’s go after we waited and I decided to review their Google rating and read similar horror stories. I immediately called my doctor to let them know to please never send any of their patients here if they care about them and especially their time. AVOID THIS JOKE OF A FACILITY!!!!! I would give 0 stars if Google would allow me!!!!!

These people are incompetent at best. They gave me the wrong mask for my mask 3 times over 3 months time and my insurance quit paying for my machine causing me to have to start the whole approval process over again at great out of pocket expense to me. They don't return phone calls and when I go to their office everyone is back there eating and carrying on as if they have no work to do. Outrageous to say the least. If you have a choice, go elsewhere . You'll be glad you did!!

Today is November 7th I still have no appointment.. They received my paperwork on September 27th had to call 6 times over 3 1/2 weeks ... Never returned my call until the 6th time.. This is my first and probably last review I will ever do buy thinking there customer service is so terrible I'm thinking they deserve some kind of trophy!!!!!IT MADE ME GIVE THEM 1 STAR ANY GOOD REVIEW IS OBVIOUSLY from someone who works there

They don’t return calls. Always saying we have not received the email from your provider it has been 3 weeks me and my husband has not received our c-pap machine😫😫😫

After reading the bad reviews for this place, I was skeptical but my Dr. Sent me here for a CPAP. My experience was nothing short of remarkable! The CPAP tech was knowledgeable, helpful, and extremely nice.

They don't tell you your options. Then when the equipment broke after being defective, they gave us the run around for over a month, and didn't follow up on anything, before finally telling us to call the dr and get a letter of medical necessity. If you have a choice go elsewhere.

Terrible customer service. They send the wrong supplies and then blame to doctor's office. Leave you on hold forever. Do not return calls. I wish there was a negative rating because they are not one star worthy
