If we build another home, we would definitely use Rob Lacher Construction again. Rob built our home almost 2 years ago and it’s incredibly well built. He has an eye for detail and listened to our needs and wants to create the home of our dreams. Rob is a man of integrity and his entire team is respectful and professional. Rob’s responsiveness to our questions and calls made us feel like we were the only people he was working with. Building our home with Rob Lacher was a pleasure, not stressful. Rob is a fantastic builder. Among his many outstanding attributes are his integrity, attention to detail, and total commitment to providing the best possible product. Rob, in my opinion, is the best builder I’ve ever been involved with. He has built multiple homes for my family. My father owned a drywall company when I was a child and I’ve been around lots of builders but there are none that compete with Lacher Construction. His attention to detail is beyond exceptional. His subs are some of the best in the business because he holds them to a higher standard of detail.

I continue to refer clients to Rob Lacher for building/construction projects. In doing so I have recommended him due to his personal integrity (what he commits to he does), his knowledge of the building process and timely completion (from starter homes to million dollar commercial projects), his attention to details (especially related to architecture/design), and his excellent communication skills (5 out of 5 for customer service!). Rob’s strength is in identifying and meeting specific needs throughout the building process, whether it’s calling you every few days with updates on progress, or suggesting a change that would save you money or increase value, or breaking down a project upfront so you understand the financial risks and rewards. If you are considering hiring a builder reach out to Rob, he excels at the little things that bring peace of mind, and when you are spending large sums of money and stressing over making the right decision peace of mind is something you can’t put a price on.

Rob’s attention to detail, easy going manner and knowledge of construction make him one of the best builders in the area!
