I was very skeptical about using this place because I’ve had horrible experiences with other places in the past but honestly from the second Tom answered the phone I knew this place was the right place, not only is their customer service amazing but their communication is outstanding! I had a good bit of work on my SUV and not only was the price reasonable but the turnaround time compared to other places was phenomenal. They had my girl fixed up in about 24 hours. I can’t recommend this place enough! They are all around amazing and I’ll definitely be back if needed.

We took our five year old Toyota here several months ago on the recommendation of a friend. We were quoted over $3000 for multiple items and told the vehicle needed a 60k mile service and overhaul. Decided to take car to the dealership and I'm glad we did.

Almost none of the items that we were told needed attention actually needed to be addressed. We had some simple brake work done and a couple of minor fixes. When we mentioned the 60k mile service, the tech at the Toyota dealership said "that is not an actual thing."

Do not take your vehicle here if you don't want to be taken advantage of. Just wish I had my "diagnostic" fee back!

You can reinform people of how things work but don't be so bossy/unpleasantly firm about it. I know to sit down and wait, I simply stated the battery had already been tested and determined bad so there was no need for that part to be added by John. Once my warranty is up I won't be doing anymore business here. (I've had so many jumps via roadside and random help before one year. I'm just now actually bringing it for it to be changed.)
