They had installed the HVAC unit in the house I bought and so I just kept using them. So glad I did. They are very responsive and always fix the problem with a high level of professionalism and efficiency. And I never wince at the price for what they do. Highly recommend. I cannot recommend this company enough!! We ended up having a technician, Kevin, come out and he was very efficient, knowledgeable and kind! Our issue was fixed very quickly, and we now have AC again in this Georgia summer heat! Thank y’all so much!

Westside installed a new Rheem unit for us at a fair price and in record time. We were leaving to go out of state and they made sure the unit was received and installed before we left. Very courteous staff, both in office and in field. Highly recommend! (And we love the new QUIET unit!)

Would give zero stars if possible. Had a technician come out to service the HVAC unit on my rental property before listing for sale. Cost $150.00. Listed the property for sale and the buyers then had another HVAC company come out and inspect the unit (furnace and A/C). This company then compiled a list of issues that needed to be addressed but provided no estimate. They didn't want to do the work but after this company contacted Westside I get a call from Westside who went out to submit an estimate for the repairs cited by the other company. Well, that estimate was for almost $7,000!! Knew it was a scam as soon as I saw the first line item on the estimate: $550 to test the operation of the furnace! Really? I paid $150 to test the operation of both system components only a month earlier, now its $550 to just test the furnace...Had another company submit an estimate to address the very same repairs and was quoted $1500. Big difference!! I will never trust Westside again.

Chris and the team at Westside did a great job installing a complete heating and air unit in my home. The guys showed up on time , had to do a lot of modifications on my duct work and system supports. They did all this in one day! Awesome job!!!!! Would highly recommend this company for all your heating and air conditioning needs!

I called of Westside Heating & Air Inc and soon enough Chris was here to fix my Air unit. Chris waisted no time and in a matter of minutes diagnosed the problem and started working fixing it. After fixing it, Chris showed me what had happened and gave me some preventative maintenance I could do to try and prevent the issue from recurring in the future. Thank you for your swift response and fixing the problem quickly.

Unfair! The service does not worth the cost!
I called them for a routine HVAC service. The man they sent just washed the coils without removing the covers using my tap water pressure and a $5 cleaner. It cost me $225. They charged me an extra $200 for adding just 1.5lb Freon. I checked the Internet and found that a 25lb Freon tank is just $200.
