My husband and I just completed an extensive bathroom renovation and it was suggested to use this company for all our glass needs. Throughout the reno process, I called these people at least 3 different times to inquire about receiving an estimate for the shower and mirrors. How in the world these people receive 5 star reviews is beyond me. Each person I spoke to was rude, snooty, and acted as if it was a huge burden to even speak to me. These designers are SEVERELY lacking in customer service skills and friendliness. The final straw was this morning when I called to ask if I could email pictures and measurements for a rough estimate, and Shannon said “they would get back to me when they have time”! What?!!! You don’t say that. Horrid.

We had an appointment to meet with the salesperson designated by our home builder. She was there as we arrived and knew the inventory in the store inside and out. She was able to help us pick out all of the different bathroom fixtures, closet shelving, mirrors, and shower doors we needed for our new home. The store has a VERY large display to select from, so there was no "catalog shopping" involved.

It was a very enjoyable experience working with Carpenters in the Home and I highly recommend them for anyone looking for your home furnishings.

They listened to my issues, answered all of my questions and kept me in the loop on scheduling milestones. Best service I've had in the area! Will be calling on them for any future work I need.
