I harvested a small doe a few weeks ago and took it here, already quartered, to get processed. I decided to splurge on some jalapeño cheddar sausage and I am very pleased with my decision. Despite being late in the evening, the drop off process was very simple and I was immediately greeted by a young man when I pulled up. They processed my meat quickly and the price was very reasonable. I was holding off on writing a review until I tried the finished product, and all I can say is it’s delicious. I highly recommend this business for all of your deer processing needs!

Just picked up my dear a few days ago. I will say the customer service was great. I was met with nothing but kindness from the moment I pulled up and the overall flavoring of the jalapeño cheddar was good. However, when I called, they said they prefer the deer to be whole and not field dress which lead me to believe the deer would be aged to some degree which was not the case. However, the biggest disappointment was the fat that was used. It was very gristly and did not render down almost as if cartridge or skin was used a little which also left it extremely dry. Would not recommend but willing to give another try next year if I get more than one deer.

Amazing people that work hard to provide the best processing/taxidermy in the area! They provide great service with a fast turn around. By far the best processor in the area not only for price but quality. On top of this they have a great taxidermy shop that can make your trophy look amazing.
