Entrance seem small for 53 semi so I park on side of road and walked to guard shack great team check in got detection to the dock every one help to find dock was confused at first

Today’s date and time is 06/03/2024 at 13:00.
Checking in… The lady at the guard shack Ms. Sandy I believe, was so, so sweet and nice. She made my wife’s day chatting and that of course made my day.
So rare to find such jewels in corporate America anymore. A gentleman one Mr. Timothy Bishop also standing by the guard shack called me over and directed me as to the location of the loading dock. Told me I was picking up 22 totes and he again was a person of great kindness and professionalism. Thank you for your kind words and mellow relaxing vibes yet with impeccable professionalism.
This was truly a treat stopping here to load today.

You two, I didn’t know your names to type in.
I had to ask Mr. Bishop later as loading. He came by to check up on trailer number and to tell me he would have paperwork at the shack.
Met Mr. Will at shack also. Another incredible person.
You all have the best staff.

I gave them one star ⭐️ because of the security guard black girl with attitude !
She is so rude and can’t answer the drivers questions!
I asked 2-3 questions about rules and regulations in side of facility and her response was “ OHH I CANT , I CANT DO IT ANYMORE “ thanks to the guy who was sitting in the other side of the security booth, he answered all my questions and he was calm and respectful towards me!
MANAGMENT SHOULD GIVE TO THAT SECURITY GIRL SOME RESPECT AND PROFESSIONALISM LESSONS!
She has no clue that we live in the same country and same world !
Gotta respect others before we claim to get respect!

Never an issue loading or dropping here. Always a drop and hook. People are friendly although they give you the impression that you need to hurry off their lot. No complaints though.
