The community of Rincon is suffering and will continue to hurt because of the apparent greed and profit margin of DRT. The state is ineffectively winking and nodding, as community members get sick, and will likely get sicker. Three schools sit nearby. DRT executives: Would you allow your kids to attend these schools? Likely not. DRT does nothing but evade. DRT has a terrible record of maintenance and safety. Do not trust their plant manager and CEO saying they are transparent. No, they are not telling us about their failures, that endanger our health. DRT, tell us....what is being released when your gaskets blow!?

Discharges foul smell toxic gases into the air. It is effecting the air quality for the entire area. Causes respiratory problems ! School nearby ! Many homes & businesses effected. Complaints are ignored.
