Driver be careful secure your load before they put seal on trailer they load my trailer wrong way left lot of gap in pallets , pallets were tilted during transit broker put this on me he said it’s my Negligence, receiver asking $150 to restock two pallets as a driver my job was to secure two pallets on tail and did that how come driver knows what’s going on in 53ft trailer please pay much attention as much you can thank you.

Solid 4 stars. Can park/stage early/overnight. Check in at Security. They will send you to dirt lot. Walk back to Security. They'll give you check in form. Very short walk to Shipping. They'll call you with door. I parked in the rear and took a nap. Precool to ÷26 clean trailer. Keep your tandems UP! You'll u-turn it at Shipping and doors will be on left. Tight but not too bad. EXCELLENT COURTEOUS STAFF! Very helpful and will return. Thank you Claxtons!!!!!

Stay Away. This Facility took 5 hours to load our truck after the broker said the load was ready now. This shipper does business with bad brokers who will rip you off and never answer phone calls or emails. Freight Tec out of Bountiful Utah dinged us a 400 dollar late fee after it took 5 hours for our truck to be loaded. Then another 176 dollars for pallets after never telling us the driver needed to supply his own pallets. Stay away from these shady shippers and their brokers.

For truck drivers: checked in at 13:00…. Yesterday. It’s 04:30… the next day, and I’m at the dock waiting for them to unload me. I feel like a hostage.

Total disrespect for truck drivers 10 hours to load. We need to start refusing cargo from these companies that don't respect us because if everyone keeps taking it they will always treat us like this.

This place is a joke pull in check in st the guard shack park way in the back of the plant walk back up to check back in with the guard. Then walk to a window to check in with them. I checked in at 4am and the lady told me my po# was wrong so i waited for dispatch to come in the office to get the right po# its 9:47am and i walk back up and a different lady said i had the correct po# the whole time. Someone cant do their job. OH AND ANOTHER THING once youre loaded the clowns load you with fresh chicken then tell you youre reefer needs to cool down to 5 degrees before they let you leave. Ive been out of the door 45 mins and am not even close to 5 degrees because they load you with fresh chicken and its 100 degrees outside so be prepared to wait another 2 hours. I also have a brand new trailer with a brand new reefer. This place is the absolute worst plant ive ever picked up and ill never haul another load for them EDIT ITS NOW 4pm IVE BEEN HERE 12 hours and counting

Delivered HAZMAT around to the rear of this facility, everyone was friendly and polite. Started unloading me fast. It does smell but that's how it's done.
