Ifv you're here 1st time, gov park on the gravel lot 1st & then walk in to check in. You will receive your safety certificate for a year. The appointment was at 1300. Came at 1258. Received door 1330 & loading was completed in less than an hour. You can scale out on site. Everything is very easy. Staff are nice & cool.

Day shift security forget my check in. I was check in 2 pm my apptm 3 pm. I wait until 6 pm nobody show up. I go.securty again they told you didn’t check in. I got my proof but I spent 9 hours here. Never come again

Arrived early for a dry van load and checked into the security building. I watched the 5-7 minute safety video, very common at most chemical facilities. The lady at security was pleasant and professional. They gave me one of those paging discs that buzz and light up when paged. I went back to my truck and waited. Once my pager went off, I pulled up to the gate, security met me there, took back the pager and gave me instructions of where to get loaded. Typical chemical facility behavior. Safety protocols, designated areas, and professionalism. Nothing wrong here. I don't believe there is overnight parking, but don't quote me on that one.

This is by far one of the worst (if not the worst) shippers I have ever been to in my 7 years as a truck driver! Had a 12pm pickup and have been sitting here for well over 6 hours now and still have yet to get assigned a door! Sadly I am a company driver and have no say on where I can pickup loads. However, for those who can pick their own freight never come to this place. Companies like this deserve to go out of business! By the way, despite what other commenters have said there is absolutely no overnight parking at this facility!

Have truckers still sitting when the tank is full waiting for them to unhook after the load is finished knowing drivers only have 11 hours a day to drive they just be bullshitting instead of doing there jobs always waiting on next shift to finish what they started you guys need a better system or better people who can move there ass!!! Please do not go there Mondays through Fridays!!!

Not a bad place to load tankers on weekends. During the week it’s a long wait . Go figure, the weekend people work quicker than the slow pokes M-F. All trucks must park in gravel staging area then walk up to security building fully dressed with long pants , long sleeves, leather closed toe shoes and safety glasses with your DL and pick up number. Watch the safety video then they give you a restaurant pager with the red lights going off when they are ready for you. Drive up to the gate to the far right and rerun pager . They will tell you where to go. Tankers with long hoods if you’re going to load at racks 8,910 or 11 you must stay close to warehouse building on right to make that tight left corner.
