I have been doing business with Jones Welding for over two years now both personally and professionally. Most of my interactions at Jones have been with Dave Hidalgo, Territory Manager, and Kelsey Ross, Tallahassee Branch Manager. Jones Welding store locations are always well stocked and employees are happy to help you find the appropriate products for your project. If you're not sure exactly what products are best suited for the job, they are more than happy to help guide you in the right direction. In regard to commercial/industrial accounts the forementioned Territory Manager, Dave, is very easy to work with. With an abundance of expertise and experience in the industry, ordering is made easy as a simple description of a product is often enough to get you what you need. Jones has always delivered consumables and cylinders in a more than timely manner. Jones Welding & Industrial Supply continually impresses me with their service.

Well, when I learned arithmetic 10 foot equalled 120 inches, not 119 1/4 inches and 120 3/4 inches. I never did learn that new math. Guess I'll just change my plan and make it 119 1/4 inches instead of the 120 inches I planned.

Dave and his staff are always friendly and helpful and go far beyond what they need to in order to support and serve. They treat you like family and strike just the right balance of being helpful without being pushy. I recommend asking them for their suggestions because they really know their stuff but won’t force their opinions on you—yet every time I have followed their advice their products have outperformed my original selections.

Prices are also the best around! What more can be said? Check them out.
