Thank you Master Steel for your generous help earlier this month doing an emergency repair to our truck carrying relief supplies to western North Carolina. After being turned down by several other companies, I cold called Master Steel and asked for their help. Master Steel fabricates big trusses and beams for buildings. I explained the situation and they said to bring the truck over. In about an hour they repaired the receiver hitch, saving our rescue mission. On top of that they did not charge us for the repair. The ownership of this company should be very proud if the employees and I want to publicly thank them for what they did.
