NO ONE WILL TAKE RESPOSIBILITY - DEFECTIVE MATERIAL - POOR QUALITY CONTROL

Quality has gone down significantly in the last couple of years.

The customer service tries to help but seems performative. I am very unhappy with the effect his has had on my business over the last year.

The gate man is cool and they give you Dock quick less than 1hr made unloading. I hope gonna back soon this place ORAFOL America inc the around the warehouse are green smells like perfume.

I called to ask why the products I was using were performing inconsistently. The answer was very simple. Temp and humidity that corresponds with the time of day in which I was using this product. When I said, “ok, well that’s impossible for me,” the dude just laughed at me, started arguing with me saying, “it’s not impossible.” I guess he wasn’t listening when I said it’s impossible “FOR ME.”
After starting the argument he then said, “Im not going to argue with you.” The irony is astounding.
