Unorganized. Long time to get loaded. Only good think is you get free wash before you exit. 4/6 hours to get loaded for van

I came at 7:10 am for supposed to be a FCFS pick up and I found out it’s by appointment Only ,my appointment was scheduled for 10:30 am. I found out after I checked in. They gave me a door right away. There was a truck getting loaded in front of me once they finish him they loaded me. I was out after Truck wash at 9 am

This place is super great, easy checkin and they have some parkings if you arrive early( not sure if overnight). They DO require appointment but they do load early only if they are free and the trucks prior to your appointment are done-loading. So just an advice, come before the appointment time, but don’t expect them to load you early because they are pretty busy, they can probably load you 1 hour early or even earlier, just out of luck, otherwise this place is great and loads the reefer in a great way.

Also just an additional note:- There is mostly no network signal up here, especially T- Mobile, not sure if they have improved now. I visited there about around Dec, 2019

Have to say, its truly an adventure just getting to this place! But, the guy in the receiving office was very nice and extremely helpful. Added bonus: they have overnight parking! Doesn't take long to get your trailer loaded and backing is a breeze. And on the way out, you'll get your truck and trailer rinsed off by going underneath a shower contraption designed just for that purpose!

They're nice people unfortunately unorganized werhouse my appointment was 1 pm they told me the load is not ready,I waited until 4pm then I got a door then the guy came back at 6pm told me the machine is broke again he came back 8pm he said there is no update for my load, after 7 hours i decided to go a truck stop & rest mind I'll never come back to this place ever

Don't write reviews much but I give credit where it's due, this place is the best place I've ever picked a load from, easy to find, check in was a breeze, guard shack guy was very friendly, they load you fast and even wash you truck on your way out!!.

The people there are awesome they load you fast .....just Be careful getting out if its wet its slippery. They got space incase u run out of hours.
