I purchased some flooring from this company and less than 1 year later the planks were splitting and breaking all over my house, and warping. I even brought up the box that was sitting flat in the basement and it is curled like a banana.

I thought "no worries, at least it has the warranty"

They denied my warranty claim today and I am going to seek legal advice. It is absolutely pathetic to advertise a 25 year warranty and not stand by it 1 year later.

They allow drivers to check in no earlier than 8am. When delivering You will walk inside and you will see a clip board to check in then go to dock door 23 to hand them your bills. They only use door 24 and 25 to unload. So if there are multiple drivers coming in people have to take turns getting in doors. I was fully loaded and it only took them 20 min to unload me. The employees were nice.

I had an appointment for 14:00 I arrived at 13:50 and checked in at 13:55. The people at shipping and receiving were very nice and friendly since it was my first time picking up a load at their facility I asked a few questions and were nice and professional I got a door at 14:00 and I was out in about 40 minutes. Who can ask for anything better than that. All I can say is thank you and keep up the great work.

This company provides horrendous customer service. I did my entire house in the oak revolution luxury vinyl flooring and the kitchen is where we are having problems with cracking edges and upward folding. The store I purchased this from advised me that I could have received a couple of bad batches and I explained this to the customer service department at CFL flooring. Considering I have 3 other rooms connected with this flooring with no breaks, the kitchen is the only room that I'm seeing problems with breaking edges and uplifting folds. For these customer service people to tell me that this is an installation problem (when they answer phones and are not professional installers themselves who only read from a script they are handed) is absolutely ridiculous. I advise that anyone who decides on doing their home with this type of flooring, to please be aware that you will not receive the type of customer service you are looking for if you have any issues along the way.

The sign says all driver have to check in at door 1 when I pull the door the door was locked. All driver have to knock on the door another for them to open.

Showed up hour early for appointment checked in with shipping and receiving was told come back 5 minutes before appointment then check in like always hurry up and wait
