I run a product design firm in Atlanta, and we've partnered with RevPart to bring to life a few projects in the past 2 years. It's incredibly refreshing to have a competent, kind, and quality production partner that also has very competitive pricing, and we've been fortunate to have found them.

In the industry of bringing tailored/custom objects to fruition, being able to see samples and have rapid prototyping done quickly and well is hugely important and helps us make good decisions on the design and manufacture of parts.

Our rep, Matt Davis, has been exceptionally helpful in giving input, coordinating samples and comparative parts, talking through physics and best routes to achieve the features we want, and has gone above and beyond on more than one occasion to help the project along. His anticipation of questions and his collaboration on creative ways to solve makes him one in a handful of partners that we trust and feel safe with our designs (and our clients' expectations) being in their hands. The transition from CAD to part can be, if not shepherded well, the time when designs turn mediocre and lose their original intent. So far, our projects with RevPart have maintained integrity from thought to thing, and the manifestation has been a delight (instead of chaos) to witness.

Many companies use the well-worn tagline and business prop of good pricing, great speed, and good quality, but RevPart has actually proven to deliver on those qualities, and we're very thankful to have found them. Horrible customer service and quality. Paid for two molds and had many issues throughout the machining process, including them not adhering to specifications provided many times. Rude and not willing to accept faults when they make them and try to pass off the cost of repair to the customer. Final parts for one of the molds weren't even made to the specification given and they won't take blame for that or make any attempt to fix the issue.

If you want to waste your time and money, go ahead and use this company, but if you actually want something made right and be treated like you should, go to an actual company not this place.
