I have been using Tri-Copy since 2016. They have treated me with the up most respect and top notch service rather it being phone or in person! They truly care about their clients and our needs! I would recommend them to anyone with a printing copier need!! The owners and their staff are willing to go way beyond for your business and to help you grow within the industry.

We have lost our business phones 2 of the last 3 weekends. No technical support from 5pm Friday to 8am Monday. We signed up for phone service with them 3 1/2 years ago. Sales rep lied to us about pricing and did not mention 3rd party involved in leasing phones. Had a $1500 buy out if not happy with the service, which is not honored by 3rd party. Tech individuals are helpful when available. I am paying $6000.00 per year which would be fine if the service was outstanding and reliable. I requested the owner call me to discuss the solutions, but he never has. The solution would be to have someone on call over the weekends. They admit 90% of problems could be fixed over the phone. Update. I have met with the owner and he recognized the problems and went above expectations to resolve all issues.
