For all your vehicle care needs, Tires Plus in PTC is the place to go. The Technician, Mr. Miller, took such great care of me and my vehicle. He threw on a new set of tires and did a perfect alignment. Very well ran establishment and great customer service. Will definitely be going back!!

I scheduled 24 hours in advance to have a full wheel alignment at this location. My appointment time was 9:30 a.m. on 15 Feb. 25. I arrived at 9:28 a.m. When I approached the service desk, I was never greeted. I had to initiate dialogue. After I surrendered my keys to Service Advisor Matthew, I asked him to provide me with a time of completion. Matthew advised that my wait time is one and half hours because they were behind schedule. I advised him that I made an appointment in order to minimize my time on location. I advised him that is not acceptable and that I would be writing the CEO. After I showed Matthew the CEO's email address, he reluctantly moved my vehicle to the alignment rack.

After the technician completed the dysfunctional alignment, the right rear camber was still illuminating red. I brought this to Mathew's attention and he was very dismissive.

Next, I made an appointment for 10 a.m. at the Firestone location in Union City on 16 Feb.25. I showed the experienced alignment technician the alignment schematic from Tires Plus. He had many concerns. He completed a new diagnostic of Tires Plus adjustments. After his diagnostic, he produced evidence from his machine that the left front Caster measured 5.1 degrees (YELLOW), left front Toe -0.17 (RED), Right front Toe 0.50 degrees (RED) and Total Toe 0.33 degrees (YELLOW) and the Steer ahead -0.33 degrees (RED). Additionally, left rear Camber measured -1.2 degrees (YELLOW), left rear Toe 0.15 degrees (GREEN), right rear Camber -0.4 degrees (GREEN), right rear TOE
-0.50 degrees (RED) and Total rear TOE -0.35 degrees (RED). Rear thrust angle .33 degrees (YELLOW). It is apparent from this evidence that your location failed to perform my service according to current ASA guidelines. It is my belief that your technician failed miserably to do his job because I am a lifetime alignment customer. This level of incompetence is unacceptable. I am going to forward all supporting documents to Mr. Stu Watterson for his review. This was a horrible experience and I will never return to this incompetent store.

Yesterday service was good in overall, however, is the third time that I’ve been for the same reason. The first two times they did not find the reason why the car was tilting to the right so I had to figure it out with another Mecanic, and now that I solved it and just needed alignment, the car is good, but what it fix it was not what the shop told me the car had a trouble with.
