Poor communication, customer service was a joke. Finished product was as expected. However, time management for placement when promised was also a joke. I would never recommend anyone to use this company again.

Mama paid $225 a month and a half ago for them to put Daddy's death date on his tombstone, and it's STILL not done! She called them and actually asked if she needed to send more money for gas for them to come do it, and Kay Rhodes told her that wasn't the point, they'd try to get to it by Thanksgiving, unless she wanted to call another company to do it!!!!!!!!!!!!!! That woman was so rude and hateful to Mama, and that's certainly no way to run a business!!

I have left several messages and they will not respond. I paid for a revised draft in early November. I was promised the draft the last week in November. Still no draft. Poor customer service.

They have had my mom and my aunt's orders for five months, paid in full, and have not delivered the monuments yet. After repeated calls, they keep getting the run-around by the company. Very poor business. We are demanding a refund.
