Only spent 30 minutes in the dock once they were ready for me, fastest loading I've had in ages. Show up with a clean precooled trailer and a comcheck to pay for pallets and this place is lightning fast.

They have overnight parking .
They were pretty quick with loading.
They took about 1 1/2 hr for almost full trailer .

Only giving 1 star so I can leave a review get here check in told I have to pay 240$ or bring 210 pallets. So company pays the 240 I go and scale at the TA 11 miles away. Over gross 80,900 so come back and ask for a refund on the 240 since it’s what the company paid they say they don’t do refunds I ask for a corporate number they say they don’t have it. So they give a product owner number and say they will give me an empty pallet in place of the loaded one 🙄 horrible place rude people don’t want to ever come back

It's my 1st time at this location lady behind the glass in the office was very nice. I check in 2 hours early got a door immediately. Parking for overnight about 8 trucks. A little tight to back in if lots of trucks are in docks. But if no trucks not bad to back in. Easy facility to find off hwy 16 to to 280 S about 25 miles to 301 Duval St S. Will b on left big sign in front.

Did a pickup there and everything was great. I was checked in and loaded in an hour.
Space was adequate for docking.
The loaders were friendly and quick.

A great place to get reefer reloads, however be aware that their address does not come up in GPS, also cell phones don't work well here... I nicknamed it the Claxton triangle... overnight parking for a few trucks, pretty strict on appt. times, don't expect to get loaded early...

This is a pallet exchange shipper. They charge you $8 per pallet. Also the weight on the BOL is over 1,000 pounds short. Said it only weighed a little over 43K. Scale ticket was over 81K gross. There is a scale 12 miles away at the truck stop North of I-16. There's a closer scale 5 miles away at the chicken plant. I don't know if they allow outside trucks to use their scale though. Regardless just make sure you scale the load. Unless your truck can haul 44K+ legally. Tell them how you want it loaded. I had to slide the tandems back beyond the 13th hole. Might as well had been all the way back. Which is illegal in some States. Besides the weight & pallet BS. They load you up faster than others. 2 hours from pulling in to loaded & rolling. Nice clean restroom & friendly lady working behind the counter. Have a good ride.
