Package has been out for delivery for 2 days. Talking with Customer Service is a waste of time. No one can tell me why I haven't received my package that I ordered through Amazon. I'm sure it's damaged or stolen. Was told by a UPS employee the new station manager changed the station phone number and now it's unlisted because they get too many calls. This feels like theft, and I can't get a refund for what will probably be 2 weeks or more. Is this a cartel? I think it's a cartel.

Can't believe ya'll think it's ok to deliver to a business at 7 when the business closes at 530. And you do it over and over again.. after we've requested to be delivered in the morning like a business should be. Unacceptable

We had to track down a package this morning and when we arrived to this location, one of the drivers took us inside and one of the ladies working inside not only found our package on the truck, she gave us their direct phone number and said for us to call anytime and she would be happy to help us anyway she could. With the ice storm we had earlier in the week plus Monday was a federal holiday our package was delayed and it was medicine and we had to have it. This UPS location was AMAZING !!!!! If I could rate them with a higher rate, I would.

Just moved here and had an Amazon package I needed to send back, upon entering was greeted by Austin. He was very professional and expedited my packaged immediately. I don’t usually take time to write reviews but this young man has been the most professional than I have seen my a long time an especially around here!!!! THANKS AGAIN UPS & AUSTIN!!!

I applied here a few weeks ago and today i went in for my orientation the front door was closed and we had to walk to an area where we didn’t even know was safe or not. Orientation was at 6 i got there at 6:05 and i waited five minutes because i didn’t know which door to go into. We went through training and everything only walked an unsafe environment. Please if you are black do no apply here they will only keep the whites. It was 8of us 5 white and 3 black were all sent home

I work for a company and we use ups daily. They are always losing packages. This time they lost a package with irreplaceable documents. All they ever do is tell you to file a claim. They will not help you AT ALL!!!

They were to turn my package over to my local post office in Gadsden, they sent it to their local post office in Attalla. Undoubtedly they need to go back to school to learn how to read. I know now not to ever use this ups location to send anything.
