This is a great company. I just bought and received one of their 19.5 high resolution touchscreen monitors. I actually received it via UPS the day after I ordered it. It is a well built, high quality industrial touchscreen. It was easy to setup and it looks great. This monitor will become my standard offering to my customers in my control systems. We use Hope Industrial Touch Screens and monitors exclusively in our fiber optic cable manufacturing plant. We use panel mount, rack mount and yoke mounted designs. All install easily and work perfectly. I can't remember the last time we had a Hope Industrial monitor fail -- they are borderline indestructible. The lone remaining monitor in our plant that was not Hope Industrial failed a few weeks ago. We are all painfully aware of the new normal in supply chains and delays -- we figured it would be weeks with a line down waiting on a new touchscreen. Not the case -- Hope had the exact model we needed on the shelf, shipped it overnight and we had the new monitor installed and working less than 24 hours after ordering. If you are not using Hope Industrial monitors now, you should be.
