Extraordinarily unprofessional shop. We got a quote on refurbishing a broken (and expensive) escape room prop, paid the full amount they requested, and then received the prop back from them in worse condition than when we sent it.

We reached out a couple of times in an attempt to resolve the situation, but they are also notoriously bad communicators. We were only asking they refund half what we paid since we had to rebuild the entire prop ourselves, and that’s what we paid them to do.

They ghosted us, leaving us with a non-functioning expensive prop. Regardless of your business size or the scope of project, this behaviour should be a warning to anyone considering doing business with ID3.

Picked up a load here going to Las Vegas. I was several hours early, but the super friendly staff got right on it and had me loaded in no time. Always enjoy people with a great attitude and sense of humor. Hope to pick up here again. Thanks guys!
